ENTER HERE NOW for the 2016 BBN Regional Mare & Foal Show series, which kicks off in 2 weeks with the first of 11 regional events (4 BBN Mare & Foal Shows, 6 BBN Mare Shows and 1 BBN Foal Sale Day) up and down the country and culminating in the BBN end of season championship show – THE GREAT BRITISH MARE & FOAL SHOW – at Addington Bucks on 02 September.

The BBN Regional Mare & Foal Show Series starts with our first Mare & Foal Show on 06 August running alongside the BHHS Mare Grading, Foal Branding, Regional Foal Show at Fosshey Stud in Cheshire, followed by 3 more BBN Mare & Foal Shows running alongside BHHS events in Gloucestershire, Cambridgeshire and Northants from 13 – 14 August.

From 16 – 28 August we’re running 6 Mare Shows alongside the BEF Futurity evaluations, stretching from North Yorkshire to Cornwall in the south. Mare show entry times will be carefully adjusted to ensure they do not conflict with foal evaluation times and do not tire out foals before their BEF evaluations. So if you’re entering a foal for the Futurity at one these 6 Futurity venues – Richmond, Myerscough, Tall Trees, Hartpury, Writtle or Catherston – why not enter your mare in the BBN Mare Show too!

Our first ever Foal Sale Day takes place at The College Equestrian Centre, Keysoe, Bedfordshire on 29 August providing breeders with a showcase opportunity to sell your foal, with entry fees including day stable / photo / video priced at just £50 per foal. BBN will also be promoting this event separately over the coming weeks.

Last but not least, our championship THE GREAT BRITISH MARE & FOAL SHOW + Stallion Event, takes place at Addington Manor E.C. near Buckingham on 02 September. With thousands of pounds of prizes on offer and a lineup of top UK and International judges waiting to award those prizes, there’s definitely something for everyone at this show. Open to all broodmares and foals, including ponies and heritage breeds and all disciplines including dressage, showjumping, eventing and endurance. Foal classes will take place during the morning. Mare classes, including both in-hand and ridden classes, will follow the stallion display will take place during the lunch break.
